If for any reason the Buyer does not agree with the purchase, you can choose to return the product. For this, you have a period of seven (7) days from the moment of receipt of the goods and you must notify El Calotipo Shop in advance by sending an email to email@example.com
Important: Products that have been customized for a client are excluded from this rule.
Only the return will be accepted, if the returned product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
In the event that the return is made for reasons not attributable to El Calotipo Shop, the Buyer will bear the costs generated by this return.
Cautotype Shop is not responsible for changes in size, color or other characteristic that are due to a change of opinion of the client or an error of the client at the time of placing the order.
If the return of the defective products is legal, it will be El Calotipo Shop who will be responsible for the shipping costs as long as the Buyer communicates this circumstance at the time of receipt of the order. The Buyer may choose to order a product in exchange for which it is returned or request a payment of the amount paid (which will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days from the receipt of the product in our stores).
Returns of personalized products such as wedding invitations or wedding stationery (menus, cards, etc) are not accepted. for reasons beyond the proper production of the same.
