Dermotips is a brand powered and created by Virginia Barrau, a professional chemist and “blogger” who offers advice and provides news about skin care, beauty and health.
We chose to mix two different concepts we talked about during the first briefing: beauty + advice. That´s why we decided to create a graphic logo (imago type), based on the beautiful shape of a swan (beauty) together with a text block representing dialogue within conversation.
We used a rounded and soft shaped typography for the lettering, highlighting the building of the logo from those two concepts.
We also designed social media resources based on their image and their corporate colors and their business cards, using letterpress technique and a white natural paper.
